This policy applies to all services provided by NavBharat Labs, including custom projects, ongoing development work, and digital consulting services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by providing written notice via email to labsnavbharat@gmail.com. The cancellation will be processed according to the following terms:

Before Project Commencement

If cancellation occurs before work has started:

  • Full refund of advance payment minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of payment
  • No deliverables will be provided

During Project Development (First 30%)

If cancellation occurs after work has started but less than 30% completion:

  • Refund of 60% of the total project value
  • Payment for work completed up to cancellation date
  • Partial deliverables provided (if applicable)
  • Source files may be provided at additional cost

Mid-Project Cancellation (30-70% Complete)

If cancellation occurs when project is 30-70% complete:

  • Refund of 30% of the total project value
  • All completed work and deliverables provided
  • Payment for work completed is non-refundable
  • Partial source files transferred upon request

Late-Stage Cancellation (Above 70% Complete)

If cancellation occurs when project is more than 70% complete:

  • No refund available
  • All completed deliverables will be provided
  • Full payment is required as per agreement
  • Final payment must be made before delivery

1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

NavBharat Labs reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

  • Client breach of terms and conditions
  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed terms
  • Unethical or illegal project requirements
  • Lack of necessary cooperation or feedback from client
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

In case of company-initiated cancellation (except for client breach), we will provide:

  • Full refund of unused advance payment
  • All work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Written explanation of cancellation reason

Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeframe without valid reason

Quality Issues

If deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected after reasonable attempts

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent the project from functioning as agreed and cannot be resolved

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to technical error

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Services already rendered or completed work
  • Third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses, APIs)
  • Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted
  • Custom development work that has been deployed
  • Cancellations after 70% project completion
  • Change of mind after project approval
  • Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
  • Services cancelled due to client breach of terms

2.3 Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • Percentage of project completion
  • Resources and time invested
  • Value of deliverables already provided
  • Non-recoverable third-party costs incurred

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send a detailed refund request via email to labsnavbharat@gmail.com including your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification.

Decision Notification

You will receive a written response regarding the approval or denial of your refund request with detailed explanation.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund Processing Timeline

4.1 Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4.2 Payment Method Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • International Payments: 10-15 business days

4.3 Refund Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please check your bank/card statement for the credit. If you dondon'tapos;t receive the refund within the specified timeline, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Special Circumstances

5.1 Emergency Situations

In case of genuine emergencies (medical, natural disasters, etc.), we may offer flexible cancellation and refund terms on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation.

5.2 Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No pro-rated refunds for unused time

5.3 Third-Party Services

Costs for third-party services (domains, hosting, licenses, APIs, etc.) are non-refundable as they are billed directly by the service providers. These costs are clearly itemized in your invoice.

5.4 Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks have serious implications:

  • Immediate suspension of all services
  • Loss of access to deliverables and source files
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Additional fees for chargeback processing

Modifications and Revisions

Our standard service packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Understanding modifications and revisions:

6.1 Included Revisions

Minor changes and adjustments within the original project scope are included in your package. The number of revision rounds is specified in your service agreement.

6.2 Scope Changes

Major changes that alter the original project scope may require additional fees. We will provide a change order for your approval before proceeding with scope changes.

6.3 Post-Delivery Changes

Changes requested after final delivery and project closure are considered new work and will be quoted separately. Minor bug fixes within 30 days are covered under warranty.
