Access Credentials

Providing necessary access to hosting, domains, APIs, and third-party services when required

Payment Terms

Meeting payment obligations as per agreed schedule to enable final delivery

Testing Environment

Setting up testing/staging environments where necessary for proper delivery verification

Delays & Force Majeure

7.1 Anticipated Delays

If we anticipate any delays in delivery, we will:

  • Notify you immediately via email and phone
  • Provide detailed explanation of delay reasons
  • Offer revised delivery timeline
  • Discuss potential solutions or alternatives
  • Work overtime to minimize delay impact

7.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures, or other force majeure events.

7.3 Client-Caused Delays

Delays caused by late content submission, delayed feedback, scope changes, or unavailable access credentials will result in revised delivery timelines without penalty to NavBharat Labs.

Intellectual Property Transfer

8.1 Ownership Upon Delivery

Upon full payment and final delivery:

  • All intellectual property rights for custom work transfer to you
  • You receive full ownership of source code and design files
  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio
  • Third-party components remain subject to their licenses
  • Documentation and training materials are yours to keep and use

Conditional Transfer

Intellectual property rights transfer only upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all rights remain with NavBharat Labs. Partial payments do not confer partial ownership.

  • We maintain project backups for 90 days after delivery

By engaging NavBharat Labs' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
